From California With Love  

Hi, I’m Nick, the creator of Nick’s Spice Mix. 

I’m a proud California native, born in Gilroy—the garlic capital of the world—and raised in the San Joaquin Valley, where nearly half of the nation’s fruits and vegetables are grown.

From an early age, I developed a passion for cooking, learning to grill over live fire, butcher meats, and make sausage alongside my father, while my mother passed down generations of home-cooked recipes and a deep appreciation for farm-to-table ingredients.

Those experiences shaped how I think about food—simple, fresh, and full of bold flavor.

Nick’s Spice Mix was created to bring those flavors to life, inspired by California’s rich agricultural roots and backyard BBQ culture.

This isn’t just seasoning—it’s a taste of where I come from, and something I use every day that I’m proud to share with you.
